Leyland Buses of Burnley Colne & Nelson

Ron Phillips looks at the operations of this Joint Committee formed in 1933 to amalgamate the three separate Corporation Transport Departments of these Lancashire towns. The Committee lasted until 1974 when, following local Government reorganisation, it was replaced by Burnley and Pendle Transport.
