5 Routes to Trent

In the book the author, Roderick Fowkes, explores the five routes to Trent through many black and white photographs. The first route depicted is the Leicester to London, then the Nottingham/Lincoln line to London via Melton Mobray is visited. Going westbound Fawkes shows the line from Derby to Manchester then northbound Chesterfield, Sheffield and the North. The final route shows westbound to Birmingham/ Crewe via Castle Donington. All pictures are accompanied by details captions.
