East Midlands Buses 2022

During May 2022 the cameras visited the East Midlands to record the bus scene. We visited Leicester, Derby, Burton upon Trent and Lichfield. There are a wealth of buses in the area that are operated by a good number of bus companies offering a wide selection of vehicle types and colourful liveries. We begin our programme in Leicester. Our filming locations are in Charles Street, the Haymarket Bus Station and Humberstone Gate all within the city centre. Next is Derby, along Morledge and the very busy bus station as well as Corporation Street and Derwent Street. The two main operators here are Arriva and Trent Barton. Burton upon Trent follows, at the time of our visit the main operator was Midland Classic. Our final visit is to Lichfield. Here we film at the town's bus station and see buses from Arriva, Midland Classic, Select Bus of Penkridge, D&G Chaserider as well as National Express West Midlands.
